thanX Code is the app that allows you to authenticate and sign transactions securely using dynamic codes (OTP). It is a simple and reliable way to ensure that only you can authorize your transfers.

Very simple

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Scan the activation QR code you will receive on your first access to link your device
3. Set up a PIN or biometric authentication for greater security
4. Ready in just a few minutes!

thanX Code works on iOS and Android smartphones compatible with the app. For now, it is not available for computers.

1. Open the thanX Code app
2. Enter the challenge code that appears on the thanX website
3. Validate your PIN or biometrics
4. Generate your OTP code in the app
5. Enter the 6-digit code on the thanX website

It’s fast, simple, and completely secure, whether you are in Morocco or anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.

If you get a new phone, you just need to activate thanX Code again. Write to us at support@thanx.co.ma and we will provide you with a new activation code. Your old device will be deactivated to keep your account protected.

For security reasons, only one registered device is allowed per user.

You can use thanX Code wherever you are. If the app is activated and you have an Internet connection, you will be able to authorize your transactions without any problem.

1. Keep your PIN secret
2. Always lock your device to prevent unauthorized access
3. Keep the app and your mobile operating system always up to date
4. Register only your own fingerprint or face if you use biometrics

Each OTP is valid for only a few seconds. This ensures that your transactions are always protected.
