Within thanX, there are different user roles according to your needs:
- Consultant: you can view all content, but cannot create, edit, or sign transactions.
- Preparer: in addition to viewing information, you can create transactions, but you cannot sign them.
- Authorizer: you have full access to view all information, as well as to create and sign transactions.

thanX allows you to create multiple users within the same company according to your operational needs and assign them different access levels based on their roles.

Yes. From your profile, you can complete the form indicating “Profile changes” and submit the request. Our support team will receive it and respond to you as soon as possible to include your new changes.

If a significant change occurs in your company, such as the company name, representatives, or structure, you must inform our support team.
If you have any questions about how to notify us or what steps to follow, contact us and we will guide you to make the update correctly and without complications.

Yes, at any time. You must request the deletion or replacement of users through the support mailbox, and our team will take care of processing it.
In the case of legal representatives, it will be necessary to provide the corresponding powers of attorney that prove their authority to make these changes.

At any time, you can log out by clicking on an icon located at the top right of the platform.

Yes. You can request the closure or deletion of your account by writing to our support team.
Please note that this is not an automatic process: before proceeding, we will check that you have no pending transactions and will assist you throughout the process to ensure proper closure.
