How to join thanX

  • To register with thanX, you must be a company legally established in Morocco, have an import or export license, and have an authorized representative.

    The registration process is completely digital and guided step by step, designed to make every procedure easy for you from the very beginning.

  • thanX is available for all types of Moroccan companies, including:

    • Public limited companies

    • Partnerships limited by shares

    • Limited liability companies

    • General partnerships

    • Limited partnerships

    Non-resident legal entities, civil companies, associations, cooperatives, economic interest groups (EIG), and representative offices of foreign companies, including those located in ZAI zones, can also register.

  • To register, you will need to identify the legal representatives and submit the following certified company documents:

    • Business register less than 3 months old

    • Company Bylaws

    • Balance sheet

    • Power accreditation document

    • Example of the legal advertising

  • If the documentation is complete and correct, the verification process is completed within a maximum of 48 hours.

  • KYC/Business verification is part of regulatory compliance in Morocco.

    It allows you to confirm the identity of your company and its representatives, ensuring that you are authorized to operate and that your international transactions are carried out securely and in accordance with the law.
